They process Personal Data of their Customers and their Platform Users as a data controller. They also act as a data processor – when their Customers engage them in data processing in order to enable them to carry out operations on that data using their tools and services.

We use this platform to manage all the email communications with our subscribers.

VanessaCast.com uses Thinkific Inc. to host online courses.  Thinkific is registered in 400-369 Terminal Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 4C4, Canada.

In this platform, we stored your email address for authentication purposes in order to provide access to the course material.

You can also add your credit card details for recurrent payments (subscriptions). Through the dashboard, you are free to modify (add/remove) your credit card information at any time.
